How to Customize the Sponsors Section

What is the purpose of the Sponsors feature?

The Sponsors feature provides participants with profiles of each sponsor, including descriptions, contact information, and event location. This helps facilitate networking and allows attendees to explore the products showcased by each company.


How to add content?

In the Content area, click on Add Sponsor:

What information should be added to the Sponsors section?

Adding the Company is mandatory, while adding the Level, Logo, Description, and Documents is optional:

Adding contact information (Website, Email, Phone) and social media links (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) is also optional:

What is the Purpose of the Sponsor Level Feature?

The Sponsor Level feature enables organizers to categorize and group sponsors into specific tiers, making it easier for participants to identify and engage with them during the event.
(For example, Sponsorship Levels: Diamond, Platinum, and Gold).

How to Add a Level?

To add a Level, click on +Level and enter the level name:

How to Edit the Level Name?
To edit the name, select the level, click on the pencil icon, and make the necessary adjustments:

How to Delete a Level?
If you need to delete a level, click on the trash bin icon and confirm the deletion:

How to Upload a Document?

If you need to upload a document, simply drag the required files to the document area (limit of 12 files):

How to Set the Sorting Order?
Choose the sorting type between Creation Date, Name, or Level:
