What is the Exhibitors Feature for?
The Exhibitors feature provides participants with information about each exhibitor, including descriptions, contact details, and event location, making networking and in-depth exploration of companies and their products easier.

In the Content area, click on Add Exhibitor:
What Information to Include in the Exhibitors Section?
The insertion of the Company Name is mandatory, while the Booth, Level, Logo, and Documents are optional:
The insertion of contact information (Website, Email, Phone) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) is also optional:
What is the purpose of the Exhibitors' Level feature?
The level allows organizers to classify and group exhibitors according to specific themes, making it easier for participants to navigate during the event. (e.g., Theme Levels: Food, Education, and Technology).
How to add a Level?
To add a Level, click on +Level and enter the level name:
How to change the Level name?
To change the name, select the level, click on the pencil icon, and make the adjustment:
How to delete a level?
If it is necessary to delete a level, click on the trash icon and confirm the deletion action:
How to insert a document?
If you need to insert a document, simply drag it to the document area with the required quantity (limit of 12 files):
How to define sorting?
Select the sorting type between Creation Date, Name, Booth, or Level:
