Event Access

Define the Type of Event Access:

• Open Access: Select this option if you want any user to access the event content without restrictions.

• Require Access Code: Choose this option if you want to restrict access, allowing only users with a specific code to enter.

  

  Set an Access Code:
  If you have chosen a private event, you can view the current code or change it to a new one as needed.

  

  How to Hide an Event:

• Enable this feature if you want the event to be hidden from users in the app.

• When to Use: This option is useful during the preparation phase, allowing the event to be set up without being publicly available until it is ready for launch.
