What are Tracks in the Schedule for?
Tracks in the Schedule allow you to categorize and organize event lectures and sessions according to specific themes. This helps participants navigate easily, allowing them to quickly find content that is most relevant to their interests.
How to Add a Track to the Schedule?
Click on +Track to define the content and appearance of the Track:
And fill in the track information:
Track Name: The track name serves to identify and categorize a group of lectures or sessions within the event schedule. Examples of track names – "Innovation," "Recommended," "Technology."
Color: Used to visually differentiate tracks within the event schedule.
Highlight Track: This option highlights the track in the Schedule list. At the end of this guide, you will see the difference between a highlighted and a non-highlighted track.
After filling in the information above, click on the track to add it:
How to Edit a Track in the Schedule?
To edit a track in the Schedule, select the track you want to modify and click Edit (pencil icon). Then, adjust the color, name, and highlight track option as needed:
How to Delete a Track in the Schedule?
To delete a track in the Schedule, select the desired track, click Delete (trash icon), and confirm the action:

Highlight Track Function Enabled: With this option activated, the selected track gains more visibility, appearing prominently in the initial area of the schedule:
Highlight Track Function Disabled: With this option disabled, the selected track is only visible in the activity details:
